PLANT AND FACILITIES

The ANSON manufacturing plant, at Team Valley, Gateshead, includes some of the most modern computerised numerically controlled machines including horizontal and vertical 5 axis Machining centres with multiple pallets, and machines with table sizes up to 1600 mm x 1400 mm, capable of accepting loads up to 6500 kgs.

Other facilities include:

• Lathes capable of accepting diameters up to 1000 mm;
• Multi spindle turning centres;
• A Forge with hot pressing and bending facilities;
• A fully equipped Fabrication and Welding Bay;
• Environmental Testing;
• Fire Testing;
• Pressure Testing.

All personnel are highly skilled and operate machines in the full knowledge of the ANSON Standards and Objectives.

ANSON hold large quantities of forgings in many material types (low alloy, carbon manganese steel etc.) in stock enabling us to respond quickly to requests for customised specials. Finished goods are available throughout the world. And remember because it’s ANSON all products and materials are fully traceable and certified.
